AI Compute Tray (NVIDIA GB300 NVL72) Designed for an AI factory to accelerate AI training and real-time inference (working out what to do) on AI models with more than one trillion parameters.
This is one of 18 trays that are stacked to fit into a single rack, this modular approach saves space and is easier to maintain as single trays can be removed and replaced. It typically has two GB300 Grace Blackwell Superchips and 4 B300 Tensor Core GPUs, 1.15TB of memory, up to 8Bb/s connectivity. It is liquid cooled.
The age of electricity is here, and demand will continue to grow as AI intensive compute power is needed to drive our world.
